available at £150 per hour. A small call-out fee might be
required, based on distance from our closest base.
Out of hours support is available at a
25% premium.
Sunday support is available at a 50%
premium.
Bank Holiday support is available at a
100% premium.
We have four levels of support available
to our contracted customers, which significantly reduce the rate and guarantee response times.
