Much still to come here
Before attacking a player who is a member of an alliance, first check with an officer that this is acceptable.
All officers are listed in the Alliance pages.
Permission to attack may be withdrawn at short notice - you will be contacted.
Permission is only valid for a 24 hour period.
Remeber that the intention is to minimise losses and maximise returns.
Also, scouting is seem as an act of agression by many.

Basically, you throw
5,000 warriors,
1 pikeman,
1 swordsman, and
1 cav against
1500 archers.
The archers lose every time. Apparently while the archers are slaughtering the warriors, the other 3 are running amok in the archers.
Flaming Bird of Death distraction
There is a Dove icon that flashes red when an incoming attack is detected.
If this icon is permenantly flashing, it will soon be ignored.
You can apply the "Flaming Bird of Death distraction" by sending a really slow attack to your victim.
One way to achieve this is to attack with a single archer and a single transporter from great distance.
You can firther delay the attack by setting the "camp" option to the maximum time period allowed.
Please mail me to let me know how long you manage to set this camp for.
Current best is 1 week.
In this scenario, day 6 would be a great time to launch a large number of attacks, that would probably remain un-noticed until they start to hit.
Do note though, for the time that this "Flaming Bird of Death distraction" attack is in progress, you have used 1 slot in your Rally Point's total number of troop movements. However, if you cancel the "Flaming Bird of Death distraction" attack immediately after sending the first real attack, your victim is unlikely to notice any difference and the Rally Point spot is recovered for the real attack.
If anything occurs that is great advice and not here (or is here, but out of date) please contact Zaphod2 by mail.
